When the US Golf Association, a premiere membership organization, sought to transform its fundraising to a major-giving driven philanthropic model, they knew they would need to invest in their fundraising infrastructure. Working closely across multiple departments with senior leadership, Sage70 provided a clear-eyed assessment of the USGA’s existing systems and processes. We identified key gaps that would need to be bridged to complete the transformation and articulated short-term and long-term models to help the organization pivot towards modern context marketing and individualized targeting and stewardship.
