We analyzed the full stack of CRM, eCRM, and allied tools to help the Center understand where to make wise resource investments. Our diagnosis was the core CRM was sound, but a new digital platform that included communications, event management, and advocacy functionality could unlock the Center’s staff and volunteers. Resources assigned to system upgrades were diverted to training and attracting talented new staffers.
